People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I, on the other hand, don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, they make them. They manifest them by sheer force of will. And it may be risky and so scary, and yet at the same time, so beautiful. Maybe the truth is, it shouldn't be easy to be amazing, because then everything would be. It's the things you fight for and struggle with before earning that have the greatest worth. Even though it feels awfully terrible being down in the gutter. Getting out is the key. Or least trying to. For when something's difficult to come by, you'll do that much more to make sure it's even harder - if not impossible - to lose.
